As a Project & Change Management Intern at Midokura, you will be an integral part of our Transformation Team, assisting in planning and execution of software project teams across the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, collaborate on communication efforts, and contribute to initiatives that promote a culture of agility and adaptability.


Responsibilities:


Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Help identify and document project dependencies and potential risks.

Team Support and Communication:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing administrative and logistical support.
  • Assist in assigning tasks and following up on progress with team members.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.


Project Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Help monitor project progress and track objectives and key results..
  • Support the preparation of project status reports for stakeholders and management.
  • Assist in identifying project challenges and proposing potential solutions.


Learning and Development:

  • Take an active role in learning about project management, agile methodologies, and software delivery practices.
  • Embrace opportunities for skill development and growth within the project management domain.
  • Seek feedback from the Project Manager and team members to continuously improve your capabilities.


Required Skills:


  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interest in project management, change management, organizational development, or related areas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to organize information effectively.
  • Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


Requirements:


Enrolled in a SPANISH university.
